Services described
Peaklycore provides project-based IT education, including cohort courses, labs, and mentoring-style feedback. We describe formats, duration, and price in AUD on the site. Features may evolve; we will not reduce what you have already paid for without consultation.
Accounts and communications
You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding access to any accounts or invites we issue. Notices may be sent to the email you supply.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair service, or use course materials to train automated models for redistribution without written permission. Respect other participants and staff in live sessions.
Intellectual property
Peaklycore retains rights in curricula, templates, and branding. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for learning and portfolio work unless a module states otherwise. Do not resell course packs.
Liability
Education outcomes depend on your effort and context. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes non-excludable statutory rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Queensland. You may also use fair trading or consumer pathways available in your state or territory.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may suspend access for breach or non-payment according to enrolment terms.
